These Terms govern use of the fyzygy.com directory. By using fyzygy.com, a visitor agrees to these Terms.

WHAT FYZYGY.COM IS

fyzygy.com is a directory for the Fyzygy family of products, operated by Cognitive Materials Private Limited. It has no accounts. Each product runs on its own site and is governed by its own terms and privacy notice.

ELIGIBILITY

The products are for adults aged eighteen and over, with an age gate that declines anyone under eighteen at signup. The directory itself has no accounts.

COMPANY PROPERTY

The company's materials, namely its trademarks, its user interface, its software, and its designs, are the company's property or licensed to it, and may not be copied or commercially used without permission. Fyzygy is a trademark of Cognitive Materials Private Limited.

LINKS TO THE PRODUCTS

The directory links to the company's products: Fyzygy Conductor at conductor.fyzygy.com, Fyzygy Shelf at shelf.fyzygy.com, and the account centre at account.fyzygy.com. Each product is governed by its own terms and privacy notice, which apply once a visitor uses that product.

ACCEPTABLE USE

A visitor must not use the directory for anything unlawful, and must not attempt to break, reverse engineer, hack, or otherwise misuse it.

DISCLAIMERS

The directory is provided as it is. The company does not guarantee that it will always be available or error free.

LIABILITY

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, for every user, consumers included.
