GRIEVANCE OFFICER

HOW WE HANDLE GRIEVANCES

We handle grievances on two tracks. A grievance about the handling of personal data is acknowledged, and we aim to resolve it within a reasonable time, usually three to four weeks. A complaint about content is acted on within the shorter period the Information Technology Rules require.

A person who is not satisfied may approach the Data Protection Board of India in the manner the law provides.
